Payment Methods

We accept payment via Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Electron. Payments are processed securely via Quickpay. Your account is only charged once the item is shipped – and never more than the approved amount.

Bank Transfer

Items paid by bank transfer are shipped once payment is registered. If payment is not received within 5 business days, the order is automatically cancelled. Note: Bank transfer is not covered by the dispute system.

Shipping Options

We deliver via PostNord and DAO. You may choose to have your item sent as a regular letter (uninsured and non-trackable) – at your own risk. Letters may take up to 5 business days. Parcels over 100 grams are sent with tracking.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified, delivery is 4-7 business days.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside the EU, VAT is automatically deducted. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on method and destination.
